About Regina

Regina Sewell is a writer, "life coach," professional counselor, and college professor.  She specializes in helping people connect to their creativity so that they can live satisfying and rewarding lives.

She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a M.Ed. in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton and has extensive training as a psychodramatist, primarily through the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute (HVPI).  She is also licensed as a professional counselor (PC) in Ohio. 

She also facilitates workshops such as, "Wii FM," "Beyond Edges," "The Psychology of Money," "Getting Unstuck," "Accepting the Body You Have," and "Learning to Say Yes to the Universe." 

She is also an improvisational actor, an acoustic guitar player, a yoga practitioner, and an avid cyclist.
